A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced PDI Technician to join a prestigious dealership in Manchester. The successful candidate will perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. Skills
Education
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PDI / Service Technician to join a prestige dealership in Manchester.
Salary: £37,200.00 (Level 2) and £42,000.00 (Level 3) per annum OTE + overtime at 1.5×.
- Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard.
- Carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency.
- Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised and safe from hazards to health and safety.
- Liaise effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels in a polite and efficient manner.
- Work to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent).
- Have at least 2 years experience after a qualifying period working in a dealership as a technician (or similar).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Must have a driving licence.
- Ability to work without supervision and take responsibility for the quality and quantity of work.
