BODYSHOP TECHNICIAN – GRANTHAM

Salary : £47,468 | OTE £55–66k

Hours : 42.5 per week

About the Role / Responsibilities

• Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician; qualified or time-served across all bodyshop repair disciplines, including:
• Panel Beating
• Paint Spraying
• MET (Mechanical, Electrical & Trim)

Experience with Thatcham Methods and modern insurance bodyshop techniques is highly desirable. A full UK / EU driving licence is required due to the nature of the work.

You’ll be joining a Grantham team with a genuine family feel, made up of 6 skilled technicians and 6 support colleagues, giving you the freedom to focus on what you do best. With steady workflow from an established in-house partner, this is an excellent opportunity for a Bodyshop Technician looking to maximise earnings through a strong bonus structure.
