As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be a vital part of our production team, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting machine issues and developing effective solutions.
• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance to keep our operations running smoothly.
• Collaborating with your team to solve complex problems and support production.

• Level 1 Technician: Starting pay at $28.77/hour. This entry-level role is perfect for those with a foundational mechanical aptitude. You’ll receive close supervision and hands-on training from senior technicians to learn our processes and equipment.
• Levels 2-5: With each level, you will take on more responsibility, from performing complex troubleshooting to leading projects and mentoring new technicians. Pay increases with each level, up to $35.27/hour.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience. We understand that military experience often provides direct parallels to these civilian requirements.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Military experience with a mechanical or technical focus is highly valued. We will provide training to bridge any skill gaps.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with industrial electrical circuits (480 3-phase), robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics is a plus, but not required for entry-level roles.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and an ability to weld (MIG or TIG) is a bonus.
