Job summary

A specialist automotive recruitment agency is seeking a Prestige Vehicle Technician to join a busy team in Romford. The ideal candidate will have experience in inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles, along with strong communication skills. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £33k to £50k, with an OTE of £60k. This full-time position requires a full UK driving license and involves working Monday to Friday with one Saturday every four weeks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles.
  • 1 year of main dealer experience required.
  • Experience working in a dealership is preferred but not essential.

Our client, located in the Romford area, is on the search for an experienced Service/Vehicle Technician to join their busy team!

Duties & Responsibilities of a Technician:
  • Providing technical and diagnostic service, ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded.
  • Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and ensuring compliance with manufacturer training.
  • Upholding company and manufacturer quality standards.
  • Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
  • Communicating with the Service Reception and Workshop Control teams.
  • Delivering good customer service, that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
Your Background & Skill:
  • Experience in inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles.
  • 1 years main dealer experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in a dealership is preferred but not essential.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
