• Provide expert pharmaceutical services within the Aseptic/Oncology unit, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Prepare and dispense medications accurately for oncology patients.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all medication therapies provided.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and legislation within a healthcare setting.

• You must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Previous experience working as a Pharmacist within a UK-based NHS Pharmacy setting is essential.
• A valid Pharmacist qualification, such as an NVQ or equivalent, is required.
