We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 8a Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Hertfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to contribute to patient care and safety through a variety of clinical and educational responsibilities. As a Band 8a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Your responsibilities will include medicines reconciliation, providing counselling and advice to doctors and nurses, screening drug charts and TTAs, and performing clinical interventions. Additionally, you will be responsible for training staff and contributing to the overall improvement of clinical practices within the team.
