The role involves collaboration with healthcare professionals and managing systemic anti-cancer therapies. Ideal candidates should be GPhC registered pharmacists with experience in clinical pharmacy services in oncology. To provide highly specialised, complex, evidence-based pharmacy care to haematology/oncology patients within Rivers Hospital. To support healthcare professionals in the safe and effective management of Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapies (SACT).
