Wards/Dispensary Pharmacist - Wrexham

Hunter AHP is seeking a pharmacist in Wrexham. An NHS hospital of medium size is recruiting a GPhC-registered pharmacist of any experience to join the team on a locum basis. The post holder will collaborate with the team to ensure accurate medicines reconciliation and provide pharmaceutical support to surgical wards to optimize medication regimes and ensure patient safety.

Requirements: You must be GPhC-registered to apply.

Details:

• Locum Band 6/7 Pharmacist
• £24-31 per hour
• Ongoing contract with 2-week notice period
• Flexible leave + indemnity insurance covered
