Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Yeadon in Leeds.

This pharmacy is located on a peaceful high street with a lovely community spirit. You'll have the opportunity to elevate the pharmacy to the centre of the community and make a genuine difference adding real value. The pharmacy has a great relationship with the GP surgery.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

• It dispenses 7000 items.
• It provides a wide range of services including Hypertension, Vaccination (COVID and Flu), NMS, Contraception, Pharmacy First, Supervised methadone, DMS, Minor ailments.
• It provides services to 6 substance misuse patients.
• It dispenses 70 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12pm Saturday.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.

You'll be focused on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.

You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

We can offer consistent rotas and geographical coverage that suits you.

You'll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits.

We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.

We are focused on mental health and wellbeing which is why we've put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
