Proclinical is seeking a Communications Associate to join a dynamic team in Basingstoke. This role focuses on both external and internal communications within the pharmaceutical industry, with an emphasis on media relations and strategic storytelling. You will play a key role in managing press office operations, designing communication strategies, and fostering engagement across various stakeholders. The position requires working in the office 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily press office operations, including media monitoring, response coordination, and proactive outreach.
  • Develop and execute strategic media activities for clinical trial data and regulatory milestones.
  • Support and prepare senior leaders for external engagements and media opportunities.
  • Create and manage corporate campaigns on social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn.
  • Maintain and update corporate content on external websites.
  • Build and nurture relationships with journalists, influencers, and external stakeholders.
  • Design and implement an internal communications strategy for the Northern European Hub.
  • Develop engaging content to highlight leadership and amplify key milestones internally.
  • Drive employee engagement through clear, transparent, and inspiring messaging.
  • Collaborate with HR and business unit leads to support change communications and cultural initiatives.
