Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Site Manager in Ashford, London for a long-term project worth £5.7m. Candidates must have a valid SMSTS Black card and First Aid certificate, along with extensive experience in managing industrial or commercial projects. One of our Principal Contractor clients requires an experienced SMSTS Site Manager who has a plethora of experience of carrying out multi-million pound projects from inception to completion.
The project will be starting on the 9.2.26 and will run for 12 months possibly longer and will the build itself will be a warehouse with project value of £5.7m.

- proven experience of industrial or commercial projects
- experience of RAMS
- site inductions
- proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel and weekly reporting in to senior management and board level personnel
- Experience of being the Number 1 Site Manager on Warehouse builds
