Cleaner Required - Construction Site (Mid January start | 18-Month Contract)

Location: IP17 1UT

Pay Rate:

• £13.00 per hour (PAYE)
• £16.85 per hour (Umbrella)

We are recruiting a Construction Site Cleaner for an immediate start on a long-term construction project. This role is ideal for someone experienced in site environments and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Duties Include:

• Cleaning site offices, canteens, toilets, and welfare facilities
• Keeping walkways, cabins, and communal areas clean and safe
• Supporting site health & safety standards through effective housekeeping
• Disposing of waste in line with site procedures

Requirements:

• CSCS Card preferred (not essential)
• Previous construction site or industrial cleaning experience advantageous
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong awareness of health & safety on site
