What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be building your own temporary recruitment desk, recruiting for clients across Northern Ireland. From administrative and office support to industrial, commercial, and professional temporary roles, you’ll be connecting exceptional candidates with businesses who need them. What you need:

• Minimum three years' agency recruitment experience
• Proven temporary recruitment experience in any sector - essential
• Strong understanding of temps: compliance, payroll, relationship management
• Strong sales background with a track record of winning new business
• The drive, resilience, and motivation to build and own your desk
• Proven ability to consistently hit and exceed targets
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
