We're working with a fantastic client who's looking for an experienced Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join their Belfast team. If you've got at least three years in agency recruitment, solid experience managing temps in any sector, and the drive to take your career to the next level, this is an exceptional opportunity.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be building your own temporary recruitment desk, recruiting for clients across Northern Ireland. From administrative and office support to industrial, commercial, and professional temporary roles, you’ll be connecting exceptional candidates with businesses who need them. This isn't a role for the faint-hearted - it requires a real go-getter who understands the fast-paced nature of temporary recruitment and is ready to own their success.

What you need:
  • Minimum three years' agency recruitment experience
  • Proven temporary recruitment experience in any sector - essential
  • Strong understanding of temps: compliance, payroll, relationship management
  • Strong sales background with a track record of winning new business
  • The drive, resilience, and motivation to build and own your desk
  • Proven ability to consistently hit and exceed targets
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
