A leading West Midlands firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 2+ PQE to join their dispute resolution team. The successful candidate will handle a range of High Court matters including contract and corporate disputes, and must demonstrate a strong commitment to dispute resolution. Advocacy experience is advantageous.
Qualifikationen
- 2+ years post-qualification experience as a Solicitor.
- Experience in High Court matters.
- Commitment to dispute resolution.
Aufgaben
- Assist on various High Court matters including corporate and contract disputes.
- Demonstrate commitment to dispute resolution.
- Attend mediations and trials.
Kenntnisse
Leading West Midlands firm seeks a Solicitor to join their busy dispute resolution team.
You will undertake and assist on a variety of High Court matters including contract disputes, corporate disputes, insolvency and professional negligence . You will work as part of a team on larger cases, be able to demonstrate a commitment to dispute resolution and have experience of taking witness statements, instructing Counsel, instructing experts and attending mediations and trials.
Advocacy experience an advantage.
