The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Paralegal to join our Court of Protection team. You will support vulnerable clients in managing their financial affairs, providing essential administrative and paralegal assistance to ensure cases progress efficiently and with exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of Court of Protection files
  • Liaise with clients, families, professionals and third parties
  • Draft court documents, benefit applications and official forms
  • Prepare annual reports for the OPG
  • Manage diary deadlines, tasks and correspondence
  • Attend meetings and take clear, accurate notes
  • Arrange property visits, obtain quotes and coordinate tradespeople
  • Maintain accurate and compliant electronic files
