Job summary
A local law firm is seeking a Wills & Probate Solicitor to handle private client matters including drafting wills and managing estate administration. The role requires a qualified solicitor with experience in the area, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This position offers a supportive team environment where you can make a genuine difference in clients' lives. The salary is up to £45,000 and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Qualifications
- Experience in wills, probate, or private client work is essential.
- Must be able to handle files from start to finish.
- Must work well in a small team.
Responsibilities
- Draft wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents.
- Manage probate and estate administration.
- Provide advice on inheritance matters and estate planning.
