A leading international law firm in London seeks a talented Structured Finance lawyer with the ambition to work with a prestigious client base. This role involves handling cross-border matters within a renowned Structured Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CLOs and private securitisations, together with a drive for client focus and business development. The City office of an international law firm
Within the renowned market leading Structured Finance team.
The team serves financial institutions and corporates across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and is on the panels of several of the largest global investment banks, as well as numerous global asset managers and funds.
You will be a talented and technical Structured Finance lawyer, who has the ambition and aptitude to embrace the firm's first-class client base and be a part of a large global team.
The role will offer a varied workload with the opportunity to work on cross-border matters with the firm's global network throughout Europe, ME and APAC.
Applicants should have excellent academics with strong Structured Finance experience, which will have been gained at another leading City or international practice, and experience in CLOs and private securitisations, and be looking for a Partner level role.
You will be commercially driven, have a strong client focus with a willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development.
