Qualifikationen
- Must have at least 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in Private Client.

Aufgaben
- Handle a wide caseload of private client matters.
- Draft wills and understand inheritance tax planning.
- Administer estates and submit IHT400 forms.
- Prepare and register lasting powers of attorney.

Ausbildung
A Private Client, Wills & Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive from 4 years PQE is required for a top law firm close to Dorking.
- Handling a wide caseload of private client matters
- Drafting wills including drafting life interest trusts and vulnerable person trusts, and understanding inheritance tax planning that could be applied when the wills are being drafted
- Experience in administering estates, which would include estates that are liable to inheritance tax and dealing with the submission of an IHT400 to HM Revenue & Customs
- Experience in preparing and registering lasting powers of attorney
- Additional experience in trust management and Court of Protection applications and general management of a person\'s financial affairs would be useful, but not essential
- 4 years + PQE within the area of Private Client
- Have great attention to detail
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent client care skills
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Able to explain matters in clear, accessible language
- Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload (ideally including high net worth clients), with efficiency and care
- IT literate
