A recruitment agency is seeking an In-house Legal Counsel with 3-5 PQE to join a rapidly growing fintech company in Manchester. The role involves supporting the Legal Director and advising on various legal requirements, with a strong preference for candidates with fintech sector experience. The position offers a salary range of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum.

- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 3-5 years' Post-Qualified Experience (PQE).
- Experience or demonstrable interest in the Fintech sector is highly desirable.

We are seeking a Solicitor to join a rapidly growing financial technology company based in Manchester city centre.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering substantial scope for professional development and progression. You will support theLegal Director in critical areas as the business expands.
- Support the Legal Director with day-to-day legal requirements.
- Advise the Commercial Director on commercial arrangements with various partners.
- Assist the Financial Crime Director in managing fraud and money laundering risk.
- Serve as a primary contact for banking-as-a-service providers.
- Support and manage Data Protection and Complaints functions.
- Advise on IP, general business risk, and occasional litigation.
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 3-5years' Post-Qualified Experience (PQE). Candidates outside these boundaries will also be considered.
- Strong commercial legal background (private practice or in-house).
- Experience or demonstrable interest in the Fintech sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent technical, organisational, commercial, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Location: Office-based, Manchester city centre
