• Be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE, in leveraged finance and leading on private equity‑backed transactions.
• Strong familiarity with managing transactions, in particular facility agreements and term sheets.
• Able to lead complex matters and collaborate across the team to deliver high-quality advice.

Responsibilities

• Advise on bespoke complex transactions in leveraged and acquisition finance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support junior fee earners by providing supervision and guidance.
