A leading legal recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its Cambridge office. The successful candidate will advise employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including contracts and employment tribunal litigation. Are you well versed across all aspects of employment law? An experience Employment Solicitor is sought to join this leading Legal 500 practice in their Cambridge office (hybrid working available). The appointed Employment Lawyer will be advising mainly employers on both contentious and non‑contentious matters including employment contracts, settlement agreements, HR policies and a variety of other issues. Ideal candidates will have experience representing clients in Employment Tribunal litigation.
Employment Lawyers with a strong record of dealing with all types of employment law are encouraged to apply for this position. You must have 4 years PQE handling a diverse caseload of employment‑related matters, ideally with experience in both contentious and non‑contentious issues such as termination of contracts, employee disputes, dismissals, discrimination, reorganisations and TUPE. Some experience of business development and networking is desirable, and the appointed lawyer will be able to hit the ground running.
