The role involves diary management, purchasing, and coordinating daily operations, making it vital for smooth business functioning. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and prior experience in PA support or administration.
We're working with a growing equipment company who are looking for an experienced and highly organised Administrator and PA to support two company Directors and coordinate day-to-day operations.
Full-time, Monday to Friday, office based.
This is a varied role combining PA support with hands-on operational and administrative duties. You'll manage diaries, purchasing, invoicing and logistics, whilst acting as the central link between customers, suppliers, and the internal workshop team.
