Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

Are you organised, reliable, and looking for a stable full-time role? Our client based in Wolverhampton is seeking Document Sorting / Indexing Operators to join their dedicated and professional team.

The Role
  • Sorting and indexing large volumes of documents accurately and efficiently
  • Scanning and preparing documents for digital storage
  • Using computer systems to enter and organise data correctly
  • Handling confidential paperwork securely and in line with company procedures
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily and weekly targets
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work area
Key Skills & Experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Basic computer literacy (experience using databases or scanning software advantageous)
  • Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Previous experience in document handling, data entry, or administrative roles is desirable but not essential
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Hours of Work
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:00am - 4:00pm (No weekends!)
