A public healthcare trust in the UK is seeking a front-of-house team member for their Emergency Department. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, register patients, and ensure smooth patient flow, working 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends. This role is essential in delivering high standards of patient care in a busy environment.

The post holder will work within the Bristol & Weston NHS Foundation Trust and be responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient service as the patient first point of contact with the Emergency Department. This will include greeting and signposting patients and relatives, processing patients using the Care Flow EPR System and liaising with clinicians and colleagues to facilitate a smooth and timely flow of patients through the department.
The post holder will be required to work 12 hour shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays and to participate in a 24/7 roster.
The role is responsible for setting high standards of patient care by enacting the Trust's values at all times.
