A leading financial services provider in Edinburgh is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Finance team. This role involves providing essential administrative support, maintaining relationships, and driving process improvements. Candidates should have strong time management skills, be proactive, and possess excellent communication abilities. The position requires onsite work 4 to 5 days a week, with a salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 plus bonuses and benefits.

Location: This role is based in our Edinburgh City Centre office, with an expectation of being onsite 4 to 5 days per week.
Flexible working: We offer some hybrid working flexibility. The role suits someone who can adapt to varied start and finish times and different working days in the office. Salary and benefits: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience plus annual 8-16% bonus potential, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, 10% pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Finance team, based in our Edinburgh office. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support across a range of activities, working closely with the PA Hub Manager and her team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate data, supporting departmental projects, and helping drive process improvements—all while building strong relationships across the business.
