Job summary
A major healthcare provider in the Newark area is seeking a skilled nurse for community nursing services. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility for various working hours, and the ability to work independently while being part of a team. Responsibilities include providing nursing care, facilitating independence for patients, and preventing hospital admissions. An induction and support program will be provided for newly qualified staff. Full UK driving license required.
