Overview

Join us and be part of the change - making a difference in thousands of lives.

At Baywater Healthcare, our mission is to enhance lives every day. Home healthcare is one of the most rewarding areas to work in, offering the chance to make a real impact where it matters most. Our goal is to reassure and support both patients and their families, helping them maintain a sense of normality in their daily lives.

Our teams are the driving force behind this mission, and your voice truly matters. We recognise how personal at-home healthcare can be, which is why empathy and community are at the heart of everything we do.

If you’re looking for a role where you can grow your skills, make meaningful connections, and positively impact your local community, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Provide compassionate and professional support to service users, their families, and clinical leads.
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients and prescribers using the HOS-AR service, especially in cases of difficulties or complaints.
  • Support the HOS-AR service by delivering training, offering ongoing clinical support, and maintaining a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • Under supervision, carry out and interpret basic monitoring tests such as blood pressure, pulse oximetry, temperature, blood gases, heart rate, and respiratory rate.
  • Complete enhanced risk assessments and implement safety interventions to ensure the safe delivery of oxygen therapy.
About the Role

You will be joining the very heart of Baywater in our 897 team, providing high-quality clinical support for Baywater Healthcare HOS-AR contracts. Each day is different, so you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible—but because of this, you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.

  • Experience in respiratory care preferred but not essential
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Must be a team player but able to work on own initiative, be innovative and resourceful, with a compassionate and caring attitude
What You Will Receive
  • Annual leave starting at 23 days, rising to 25 days after 2 years of service (with further increases every 5 years)
  • Life insurance cover
  • Company pension scheme
  • Health and Wellbeing support, including access to our wellbeing app
  • Fully funded health cash plan for preventative treatment, including dental, optical, physiotherapy, diagnostic treatment, and 24/7 access to GP services
  • Employee Assistance Programme specialist advice and support for you and your family
  • Access to our online benefits platform Pluxee
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Access to Blue Light Card exclusive to healthcare workers
  • And many more!
