Job summary
A high-profile UK organisation is seeking a Non-Executive Director (NED) to strengthen its Board through independent oversight and expertise. The role involves 2-3 days of commitment per month, requiring travel and onsite attendance as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous governance experience and a strong ability to build trust and influence within diverse stakeholder environments. - Contribute to organisational sustainability, clarity, and accountability.
Skills
UK - flexible base location. Some onsite attendance and travel as required from time to time.

The organisation operates in a complex, front facing multi-stakeholder environment and is undergoing meaningful strategic and operational development as it moves into its next exciting phase of development.
