Non-Executive Director (NED - UK) – Confidential Appointment

UK - flexible base location. Some onsite attendance and travel as required from time to time.

A high-profile UK organisation is seeking a number of Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) to strengthen its Board through independent oversight, specialist expertise, and constructive support to the leadership team. The organisation operates in a complex, front facing multi-stakeholder environment and is undergoing meaningful strategic and operational development as it moves into its next exciting phase of development.
