Located in the heart of Patna, our care home provides personalised nursing and residential care for up to 36 residents, promoting small group living in a warm, family-like setting. What We Offer:

• £12.70 per hour
• Contracted or flexible hours – up to 44 hours per week
• Paid PVG, uniform and onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full‑time contract)

Your Role:

You’ll work alongside experienced carers, learning how to support residents with personal care, mobility, mealtimes and companionship. You’ll build confidence through shadowing, regular catch‑ups, and ongoing guidance.
