Lead Veterinary Surgeon – 24/7 RCVS Accredited Hospital – London
Join a highly respected and well-established 8-vet team in the affluent London Borough of Richmond. Our client is seeking a confident veterinary surgeon, comfortable with routine medical and surgical procedures, to support their busy, varied caseload. While the practice is well-supported by experienced colleagues, candidates must be able to work independently with routine cases and ideally have some emergency exposure.
You will effectively lead the team, managing clinical development and team morale, working together to create the best experience for clients and their pets. In return, alongside a competitive salary, there is a bonus scheme available.
- Diverse Caseload & Referral Work: The hospital sees an extensive range of cases, including surgical referrals, making it an excellent environment for vets looking to pursue or complete a certificate. The practice is open to buying out existing training agreements to support candidates looking to transition.
- Flexible & Supportive Rota: As a 24/7 hospital with a dedicated night team, out-of-hours work is not required. The rota offers a 4-day working week with 1 in 6 weekends.
