Job summary
A well-established Food Manufacturing business in Yorkshire is seeking a Finance Administrator to support its finance function. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will handle invoice processing and maintain financial records. Candidates should have previous finance administration experience and proficient Excel skills. This on-site position offers a 6-month fixed term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. Ideal for those looking to work in a supportive environment in the food manufacturing sector.

- Previous administrative experience within Finance preferred.
- Excel experience is a must: comfortable with VLOOKUPs, filters, and manipulation of pivot tables.
- Eye for detail and ability to get through data/tasks quickly without hand-holding.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- No formal qualifications are required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Booking invoices into the system accurately and efficiently.
- Checking and confirming invoices have cleared.
- Supporting the Financial Controller with day-to-day finance administration.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assisting with general administrative duties within the finance department.
