  • Excel experience is a must: comfortable with VLOOKUPs, filters, and manipulation of pivot tables.
  • Eye for detail and ability to get through data/tasks quickly without hand-holding.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • No formal qualifications are required for this role.

  • Booking invoices into the system accurately and efficiently.
  • Checking and confirming invoices have cleared.

Job Title: Finance Administrator Food Manufacturing

Salary: GBP13.50 GBP14.00 per hour

Location: Wakefield, Yorkshire On-site

Type: 6 month FTC (with potential to go Permanent)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm (overtime may be required)

Important Note: Applicants must have current eligibility to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a well-established Food Manufacturing business based in Yorkshire. This is a site-based fixed term contract role, initially with the potential to become permanent after approximately 6 months, subject to business requirements and performance.

As Finance Administrator you will be Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this position plays a key role in supporting the finance function and ensuring accuracy across invoice processing and financial administration.

Responsibilities
