A UK local authority employer is looking for a dedicated individual to support the Principal Engineer in managing the design team. This role involves overseeing street lighting schemes and maintenance programs, providing technical design advice, and checking adherence to standards. Ideal candidates have experience within Local Authorities and possess knowledge of the Kingston and Sutton highway network, along with a commitment to inclusive practices and flexible working arrangements.
To support the Principal Engineer to manage the design team and deliver a range of street lighting schemes and the street lighting maintenance programme. Also, to support in the co‑ordination with the term maintenance contractor.
