Job summary
A leading crypto-native platform in Greater London is seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to lead the architecture and implementation of cutting-edge products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Go, Next.js, and smart contract development. Qualifications
- Hands-on production experience with Go, Next.js, SQL optimization, and Kubernetes.
- Deep familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, GCP, NATS, and caching strategies.
- Experience in building scalable UIs, APIs, and distributed microservices.

We’re looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join our core product team. This is a unique opportunity to own the architecture and implementation of a platform at the intersection of Web3 and consumer experiences. You’ll work across the stack — from frontend to backend to infrastructure — while helping define the technical culture and trajectory of the company.
- Lead the design and development of new product features across a Next.js frontend and Go-based backend
- Operate and evolve our GCP/Kubernetes infrastructure for scalability and reliability
- Build high-performance APIs and distributed microservices in Go + PostgreSQL, with a focus on SQL optimization and caching
- Architect and deploy smart contracts (Solidity / Move) on Ethereum and Sui, with security and robustness as top priorities
- Establish engineering best practices for code quality, observability, testing, and performance from the ground up
- Partner closely with the founding team on product strategy, architecture, and roadmap
- Hands-on production experience with Go, Next.js, SQL optimization, and Kubernetes
- Deep familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, GCP, NATS, and caching strategies
- Strong skills in building scalable UIs, APIs, and distributed microservices
- Crypto-native mindset with smart contract development experience (Solidity on Ethereum, Move on Sui)
- Bonus: Strengths in performance tuning, observability, and tooling
