Pay: £26,000 plus £3000 to £8000 in commission

- Contact all warm prospects (no cold calling) via phone, email and social media platforms.
- Engage and build rapport with warm prospects with the aim to book them in for a boiler survey.
- Liaise with sales representatives (confirming booking dates/times and prospect requirements).
- Provide feedback to the marketing manager in regards to frequency and quality of leads generated.
- Following up with prospects post survey and answering any questions the customer have in regards to their new boiler.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Must be computer literate and have worked with various software packages (experience with Infusionsoft is desirable).
- Fluent English speaking and writing abilities along with an easy to understand telephone voice.
- 1+ years experience working in the boiler trade (or similar) is essential.
- Self‑motivated, Friendly, presentable, thorough and with a positive attitude.
