Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in resolving queries and liaising with stakeholders.
• Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve sales queries to proceed with jobs.
• Liaise with customers to agree on solutions for contract changes.
• Generate and track Variation of Contract (VOC) documents.
• Resolve finance-related issues and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes.
