A leading company in social work is seeking an experienced Children’s Social Worker to manage a complex caseload involving assessments and protection duties. - Manage a complex caseload including Child in Need and Child Protection.
- Lead practitioner responsibilities without line management.
Skills
We are seeking an experienced Children’s Social Worker to manage a complex caseload, including:
- Child and Family Assessments
- Child in Need
- Child Protection
- Care Proceedings through to permanence
This role involves lead practitioner responsibilities (not line management) and requires working collaboratively with other social workers.
- Must be a driver with access to a car
- Clean DBS required
- Office-based during duty weeks
- Hybrid working (e.g., one WFH day or compressed hours) negotiable on non-duty weeks, depending on team needs
Important: Please note this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.
