The Residential Property Solicitor will be:
- Advising on a broad range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and lease extensions
- Overseeing and mentoring junior team members to support their development
- Delivering exceptional client service and tailored legal advice
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and drive team success
- Actively engaging in business development
The Residential Property Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor, CILEX lawyer or licensed conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE in residential property
- Experienced in managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Skilled at supervising junior colleagues
- Commercially astute, with strong technical and drafting abilities
- A team player with excellent relationship-building skills
