The Successful Applicant

The Residential Property Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor, CILEX lawyer or licensed conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE in residential property
• Experienced in managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Skilled at supervising junior colleagues
• Commercially astute, with strong technical and drafting abilities
• A team player with excellent relationship-building skills
