Job Description
The Residential Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
- Handling a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients on property-related matters.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documentation.
- Conducting thorough title investigations and resolve any arising issues.
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Keeping clients regularly updated on the progress of their cases.
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development where necessary.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Residential Property Solicitor should have / be;
- A Solicitor likely to be around 5 years PQE
- Proven experience in managing residential property transactions.
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ties to either Harrogate or Ilkley
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Confident communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
