- Painting and decorating client properties.
- Preparation of surfaces prior to decoration.
- Completing top gloss coats to timber products.
- Preparation and Treatment of mould treatments to affected areas.
- Working in areas with restricted access.
- General making good works.
- Completing all work to a satisfactory standard.
- Operating various items of plant, power tools and hand tools.
- To be contactable during the day by mobile phone supplied and use a mobile handheld work jobbing device.
- Leave workplace clean, tidy, and safe.
- Completing handheld work sheets/timesheets as required.
- Compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- 29 days annual leave (increasing to 33 after 5 years' service) PLUS bank holidays.
