Communicate changes in service users health and ensure safe, evidence-based practice.
Promote dignity, choice and involvement for service users and families.
Ensuring the safe and smooth running of the facility.
Level 5 Foundation Degree (Assistant Practitioner Healthcare).
Experience in healthcare; clinical or specialist settings desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work calmly and compassionately, including with people in distress.
