• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
• Build warm trusting relationships with children, parents and carers.
• Ensure the nursery environment is welcoming, safe and inclusive for all.
• Observe and record children's progress contributing to learning journeys.
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain the nursery’s Good Ofsted rating.
• Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing and early learning development.
