Assistant Practitioner (Healthcare)

Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire

Salary: £14.30£15.32 per hour (DOE)

Hours: 37.5 per week

The Role

Contribute to assessment, planning and delivery of person-centred care under the supervision of registered professionals.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team like therapists, nurses, psychologists, speech and language therapists etc.

Communicate changes in service users health and ensure safe, evidence-based practice.

Promote dignity, choice and involvement for service users and families.

Ensuring the safe and smooth running of the facility.

About You

Level 5 Foundation Degree (Assistant Practitioner Healthcare).

Experience in healthcare; clinical or specialist settings desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work calmly and compassionately, including with people in distress.
