A healthcare staffing agency is looking for 4 Mental Health Prison Nurses for long-term contracts throughout the West Midlands. The role involves delivering comprehensive mental health care to inmates and requires a current RMN qualification and prison clearance. Candidates should have experience in mental health services within a prison setting and possess strong communication and risk assessment skills. Starting ASAP, with a pay rate of £26–£32 per hour.

Coyle Personnel are seeking 4 Mental Health Prison Nurses for long‑term contracts based throughout the West Midlands.
Location: West Midlands
Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 16:00/30 PM
Pay Rate: £26–£32 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Applicants must have prison clearance ideally up to Cat B or higher.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality mental health care to inmates, including assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of prisoners' mental health needs.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental health needs of inmates.
Manage a caseload, adhering to prison protocols and procedures.
Maintain a high standard of nursing care, including clinical procedures, treatments, and the custody, storage, and administration of drugs.
Mandatory Requirements
Current RMN qualification with active registration.
Valid prison clearance already acquired.
Strong background in prison‑based mental health services.
Excellent communication, risk assessment, and crisis intervention skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a secure setting.
