Qualifications

• Experience of face-to-face work with patients who have complex mental health conditions.
• Experience of psychosocial interventions, group work and awareness of substance misuse.
• Experience in a hospital, community or prison environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work within a multi-disciplinary team carrying out comprehensive assessments.
• Undertake medication rounds and assess and treat distressed patients.
• Monitor therapeutic responses to medication and liaise with prescribers.
• Provide advice, support and information to individuals managing a caseload.
