As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will provide assessment and deliver psychosocial, evidence-based interventions to a caseload of individuals experiencing mental health difficulties. A collaborative and strengths-based approach is at the heart of this role, with a strong emphasis on recovery‑focused practice. The post holder will also contribute to the clinical leadership of the team, providing supervision to colleagues as agreed with the Team Manager, and actively participating in team development, service evaluation and wider partnership working. Please note: applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have permanent access to their own transport with appropriate business insurance.

  • Contribute to team leadership, offering clinical supervision to colleagues and acting as a role model for high standards of practice.
