We are seeking kind, compassionate individuals to join our team as HomeCare Assistants for clients in Bristol, Portishead, Nailsea and surrounding areas. This role is a zero hour contract, designed to be flexible.

• £13–£15 per hour + double pay on Bank Holidays
• Mileage paid from leaving your home and during working hours
• Flexible shifts between 8 AM and 10 PM — choose the schedule that suits you
• Minimum 1-hour care visits (no rushed calls)

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support clients in their own homes, helping them to live happily, safely, and independently. Your role will include:

• Companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and shopping assistance
• Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
• Personal care (bathing, showering, dressing, grooming)

• Kind, compassionate, and reliable
• Driver with access to your own transport (car or motorcycle) — essential
• Available to work every or alternate weekends
• Experience in care welcome but not essential — full training provided
• Right to work in the UK
