We are seeking kind, compassionate individuals to join our team as HomeCare Assistants for clients in Bristol, Portishead, Nailsea and surrounding areas. This role is a zero hour contract, designed to be flexible.

Your Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support clients in their own homes, helping them to live happily, safely, and independently. Your role will include:

  • Companionship and meaningful social interaction
  • Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and shopping assistance
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
  • Personal care (bathing, showering, dressing, grooming)

  • Driver with access to your own transport (car or motorcycle) — essential
  • Available to work every or alternate weekends
  • Experience in care welcome but not essential — full training provided
  • Right to work in the UK
